Episode 1: An Introduction

The magical and whimsical adventure starts in April 2022, where a young ambitious medical doctor found out one important aspect that the world is lacking and need more of self care and mental health friendly environment.

It is not an easy task to instil and nurture mental health awareness in the current era. However, that doesn’t mean the world doesn’t need more mental health advocates. We need more than just activists to achieve the perfect balance. Mental illness is messy and chaotic, it can be extremely difficult to make sense of, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try. There’s fragility to mental health of everyone. It serves us all to be part of the conversation. That’s what this is a part of conversation.

External factors such as career development, family and friends and past traumas are all totally unpredictable and are not necessarily within our control. Nonetheless, we are blessed with our body, mind and soul. We are the pilot of the flight, that is life. Hence, the perfect balance between those two is the most valuable blessing that we should possess in order to survive this realm.


Everyone deserves equal, unbiased and undivided opportunities to learn and to understand issues that revolves around self care and mental health.


If you say “mental illness” out loud, loud enough that you feel self conscious, that you worry someone will hear it, you can feel the shape of it and what that word evokes in you. The stigma, thoughts and feelings that come with it. Whenever the phrase ‘mental health’ is being uttered loudly in any ambience, you can collectively get many responses. There is no uncontroversial language when we talk about mental illness and that includes the phrase ‘mental illness’.


For all we care in this world, is our self. That being said, self care remains elusive for a lot of individuals. Together we should enjoy every step of our journey of self care and mental health discoveries and constantly move towards the greater good.
